Responsibilities: 
1.       Reports to the Manager, Sales, Marketing & Customer Service. 
2.       Man the reception and telephone system. 
3.       Receive and coordinate visitors entry to the plant. 
4.       Process customer orders into SCALA system. 
5.       Provide customer orders summary for production planning. 
6.       Book container space for export shipment. 
7.       Coordinate and liaise with customers on shipment schedules. 
8.       Coordinate export documentations with forwarders. 
9.       Send shipping documents to customers. 
10.     Prepare monthly sales summary report. 
11.     Any other related work as instructed by superior from time to time. 

Qualitifications: 
1. Minimum relevant Diploma with working experience.
2. At least 3 years experience with customer service field. 
3. Applicants must be willing to work at Tebrau, Johor. 
4. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. 
5. Full-time position(s) available.
