Job description:
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
- Receiving incoming calls from clients by identifying problems; researching answer; guiding client through corrective steps.
- Logging and keeping records of customers/ employee queries.
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
- Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software fault.
- Avoid legal challenges by monitoring compliances with services agreement.
- Working knowledge of security software options and functionality preferred
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Internet Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in information technology or technical support.
- Have basic in accountancy.
- Dedication to problem solving.
- Extensive familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Preferred language: Chinese
- Proper phone etiquette.
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good.
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
- Salary depends on experiences.
