Job description:

  1. Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
  2. Receiving incoming calls from clients by identifying problems; researching answer; guiding client through corrective steps.
  3. Logging and keeping records of customers/ employee queries.
  4. Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
  5. Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software fault.
  6. Avoid legal challenges by monitoring compliances with services agreement.
  7. Working knowledge of security software options and functionality preferred

 

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Internet Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in information technology or technical support.
  3. Have basic in accountancy.
  4. Dedication to problem solving.
  5. Extensive familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  6. Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  7. Preferred language: Chinese
  8. Proper phone etiquette.
  9. Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
  10. Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar.
  11. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  12. Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good.
  13. Multi-tasking capabilities.
  14. Salary depends on experiences.
