Job description:

1. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.

2. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

3. Oversee and coach employees.

4. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

5. Check production output according to specifications.

6. Submit reports on performance and progress.

7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

8. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.

9. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.

2. At least 2 year (s) of experience in metal stamping industry.

3. Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.

4. Advanced skills in MS Office.

5. Organizational and leadership abilities.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

8. Problem-solving skills.

9. Salary depend on Experiences
